Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

1. About us and these Terms

giftcodestore.com (the “Site”) is operated by [Your Company Legal Name] (registration no. [Company Registration No.]), [Registered business address], Pakistan, trading as GiftCodeStore. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of digital gift cards, game-store credit and in-game currency codes (“Products”). They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Products, prices and availability

All Products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
Prices are shown in PKR. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us; your wallet or bank may apply its own charges.
We try to describe Products accurately. If we discover a pricing or description error before delivery we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Stock of code-based Products is limited and is reserved for you only while your order is awaiting payment.

4. Orders and when the contract is formed

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and deliver the Product to your account. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if: payment cannot be verified; we suspect fraud, money-laundering or a breach of these Terms; the order exceeds our purchase limits; or the Product is unavailable.

5. Payment

We accept Raast QR, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments, processed by our payment provider KPay. Payments are authorised in your own banking or wallet app; we never collect your PIN, OTP or banking credentials.
QR codes and payment requests are valid for a limited time (currently 15 minutes). Unpaid orders expire automatically after 60 minutes and no money is taken.
If you are charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment to the original account.
To protect customers we apply per-order and per-24-hour purchase limits and may ask for additional verification.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to your account, normally within a few seconds (typically under 2 minutes). Details are in our Delivery Policy.

7. Your licence to use Products

A gift card or code lets the holder redeem its stated value with the issuer, subject to the issuer’s own terms — including its region and account rules. Codes are for your personal use or to give as a gift. They may not be resold or used for commercial purposes; most issuers also forbid resale in their own terms.

8. Gift cards, issuers and regions

Gift cards and codes are issued by third-party brands (“Issuers”) such as Sony Interactive Entertainment, Apple, Microsoft, Valve, Roblox, Amazon and Midasbuy (PUBG MOBILE). We are an independent reseller, not an Issuer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any Issuer. The Issuer’s terms apply when you redeem a code; each product page links to them.
Many codes only work on an account registered in a particular country. The product name, the product page and the checkout summary state each card’s region. The Apple, PlayStation and Xbox cards we sell do not work on Pakistani accounts.
Several Issuers, including Apple and Sony, expect your account’s country to be the country where you live. Do not use our codes on accounts registered with false country or address details, or with tools that hide your location — an Issuer may close such accounts. We cannot help you create, change or recover accounts with Issuers, and we never ask for your account password.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded or used to buy other gift cards unless the Issuer allows it. Our prices are set by us in Pakistani rupees and are not the Issuers’ prices; the value you receive is the face value stated in the card’s own currency (for example US $25 or UK £20).
Treat revealed codes like cash. We cannot replace codes that are lost, shared or stolen after you reveal them.

9. Where our codes come from

We buy codes only from the Issuers or from distributors they have authorised. We do not sell codes bought from other customers, obtained through shared or borrowed accounts, or that rely on region workarounds. If an Issuer or distributor confirms that a code we delivered was not valid when we sold it, we replace it or refund you in full.

10. Scam warning

Never buy gift cards to pay someone you don’t know, or to settle a tax, utility bill, fine, loan, investment, prize fee or tech-support bill. Legitimate organisations do not ask to be paid with gift cards, and nobody genuine needs your code to “verify” a payment. If you think you have been targeted, stop, do not share the code, and contact us immediately — if the code has not been redeemed we will try to help.

11. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for change of mind once a Product is revealed, downloaded, streamed or played. Unused and faulty Products are refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not use the Site for fraud, resell Products without our written permission, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

13. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, software and our trade marks belong to us or our licensors. Product content belongs to its respective rights holders and is licensed, not sold, to you. See the Disclaimer & Trademark Notice.

14. Our liability

We provide Products with reasonable care and skill and as described. If a Product is faulty, your remedies are repair, replacement or refund.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your device, internet connection, third-party platforms or your failure to follow redemption instructions.
Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, and will refund any unused, paid-for Products unless prohibited by law or the order was fraudulent.

16. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Site. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Material changes will be announced in advance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings where you live.
